At Swimlest, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please submit a return request first. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
